COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Precision Switching MW-1533 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tesch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the 6DD16064AB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F138Ax233 manufactured by Tesch and we are pleased to be able to service most Tesch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MK13451EX0R24VDC by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand RK1S3X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as 8501XDO24V53 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ES73501AH030AE0 made by Siemens as well as the popular 6HX4C25000GSIL original spares produced by Sigma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8501XD020XTD1V66 by Square-D and 8501XDO24V53 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6DD16840GF0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
